1. Account Security

Your account and email will be stored in encrypted form in the database provided by the website hosting provider. Your password will be hashed and stored in the same encrypted manner as your account and email.

Please keep your account and password safe and do not lend, transfer, or share your account with others. You shall be solely responsible for any consequences such as account loss or information leakage caused by your failure to keep them secure. All consequences arising from lending, transferring, or sharing your account with others shall be borne solely by you, and we shall bear no liability, except as otherwise provided by law.

2. Collection of User Information

We collect your email address to send you verification codes and other account verification emails, as well as necessary service notifications. We will not use your email address for purposes other than those stated above, nor will we sell or illegally provide your email information to third parties.

3. Content Moderation

We will manually review content you publish in the MazeLine Services from time to time. If you send or add content on the website's AI page or HTML hosting page that violates any laws or regulations, endangers national security, or involves pornography, gambling, drugs, or similar content, we will issue a warning or ban your account depending on the severity of the violation.

We have the right to determine whether content is inappropriate and may delete such content or ban accounts. Before taking major measures such as account bans, we will notify you via in-site notifications or email and provide you with a reasonable appeal period, except in emergencies or where otherwise provided by law. All consequences arising from your published content shall be borne solely by you, and we shall not be involved, except as otherwise provided by law.

4. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, we will not actively collect other personal information from you. If you believe we have handled your information improperly, please contact us via QQ 1640616503 or flowstudio202605@163.com, and we will handle it as soon as possible.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to inquire, copy, correct, delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information in accordance with the law. You may submit such requests through the contact information published in Section 10 of this Agreement, and we will handle them within the time limit prescribed by law. If you withdraw your consent, it will not affect the validity of processing activities carried out based on the consent before the withdrawal.

6. Special Provisions for Minors

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian (such as a parent) and may only register for and use the MazeLine Services after obtaining your legal guardian's consent. Your use of the MazeLine Services through registration, login, or other means shall be deemed as having obtained your legal guardian's consent.

If you are a child under the age of 14, your legal guardian should carefully read this Agreement and our personal information processing rules, and separately consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with this Agreement. We will not process children's personal information without the separate consent of the guardian. If your legal guardian does not agree to this Agreement or does not consent to your use of the MazeLine Services, please immediately stop registering for or using the services.

1. Collection and Use of Information

We collect your username, email, and UID from ChinaDLRS. Your username and UID are used to display your identity in the game; your email is only used to display account information in "Settings - Login Settings" and the legacy post-login panel. It becomes invisible once the page is closed or switched, and will not be publicly displayed in the game or used for other purposes.

2. In-Game Login

When playing our game, you need to log in through the account system at https://chinadlrs.com, which is used for cloud save synchronization. You understand and agree that cloud synchronization may be delayed, fail, or produce inconsistent data due to network, server, or third-party service issues, and to the extent permitted by law, we shall bear no liability, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in recovering data or mitigating losses.

3. Account Bans

If you use third-party tools to modify movement speed or forcibly modify local saves and synchronize them to the cloud, we have the right to ban your account depending on the severity of the behavior, up to a permanent ban. We may detect such behavior through active monitoring or user reports.

We have the right to determine whether your behavior violates the rules. Before imposing a ban, we will notify you via in-site notifications or email and provide you with a reasonable appeal period, except in emergencies or where otherwise provided by law. All consequences arising from your violation shall be borne solely by you. If we cause you losses due to our intentional or gross negligence, we shall bear corresponding liability in accordance with the law.

1. Storage of User Account Information

When you bind your account to the MazeCube server, your email is stored by that server according to its own data storage practices. We cannot control the security of third-party servers, so we recommend using a dedicated email address or taking care to protect your personal information. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for information leakage or loss caused by third-party servers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in asserting your rights against the third party.

During binding, you need to enter your email and password. We will send a verification request to the API provided by the MazeLine official website account system and send a verification email to the address you provided to confirm the binding.

2. Account Binding and Unbinding

Our official plugin includes the complete binding, login, and unbinding process. The commands are as follows (angle brackets indicate information you need to replace, and spaces must not be omitted):

Step 1: Enter /bind <email> <password>, and the system will send a verification code to your email.

Step 2: Enter /bind <email> <password> <verification code> to complete the binding.

Login: Each time you enter the server, enter /login <password> to log in.

Unbind: Enter /unbind <email> <password> to unbind.

3. You understand and agree that risks associated with using the MazeLine Services shall be borne solely by you, including but not limited to data loss, account bans, and service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we shall bear no liability for such risks; if we cause you losses due to our intentional or gross negligence, we shall bear corresponding liability in accordance with the law.

1. The MazeLine Services are provided "as is". We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the services, but we make no guarantees regarding their timeliness, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. You understand and agree that risks arising from the use of the MazeLine Services shall be borne solely by you, but we will make reasonable efforts to reduce the risk of service interruptions or data loss.

2. We shall bear no liability for service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure, network failures, server maintenance, third-party service interruptions, your device or network issues, or other causes beyond our control, to the extent permitted by law, but we will make reasonable efforts to repair the issue and notify you promptly.

3. You are solely responsible for the content you publish in the MazeLine Services. If your content infringes the rights of others or violates laws and regulations, you shall bear full liability, and we shall not be involved. If your actions cause us to be held liable by a third party, you shall compensate us for all losses incurred as a result.

3. We have the right to delete content we deem inappropriate. Before deleting content, we will, to the extent possible, notify you via in-site notifications or email and explain the reason; if we delete content without justified reason and cause you losses, we shall bear corresponding liability in accordance with the law.

1. We have the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the MazeLine Services based on operational needs. If we intend to terminate the services, we will announce it on the official website 30 days in advance; if prior notice is not possible due to force majeure or emergency, we will issue a supplementary announcement promptly. If the services are terminated for reasons not attributable to the user's violation, we will handle the deletion or anonymization of user data in accordance with the law.

2. If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to warn you, restrict functions, ban your account, or terminate the services depending on the severity of the violation, without any liability for compensation, except as otherwise provided by law. All consequences arising from your violation shall be borne solely by you.

3. After service termination, we have the right to delete your account and related data. If the services are terminated for reasons not attributable to your violation, we will handle your personal information in accordance with the law; if the services are terminated due to your violation, we will retain relevant records in accordance with the law and cooperate with relevant authorities in investigations.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the revised version will be published on the official website. For changes involving your major rights and interests, we will notify you through pop-ups, emails, or other prominent means and give you a reasonable period to consider whether to continue using the services. Your continued use of the MazeLine Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the revisions, please stop using the MazeLine Services.

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
